Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are included
- The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We currently accept exchanges for eligible items based on product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team before returning your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Securely package the item and ship it back to the provided return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
